The federal law that supports the banning of renting to and employing illegal aliens in this country. The federal law is already on the books, but rarely ever enforced.
Really folks, we have enough laws already on the books to take care of the current illegal immigration problem, we don't need more laws and more complexity. We only need much more common sense!
It is currently illegal to harbor illegal aliens in the country. See this document below from DOJ. http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/az/press_releases/2006/2006-009(Franco-Beltran).pdf
It is currently illegal to hire people in this country who do not have the proper authorization from the US Government. See this site below.

This is a goldmine of information: DOJ statistics about illegals.

Read this article:
Mark Jackson's blog (Aug. 2006) with story of Farmer's Branch, TX, and other history of the federal law that supports the banning of illegal aliens renting a place to live. (I just want to say thank you to attorney Tom O'Hare's help with the legal citations above and for the good fight he fought in Farmer's Branch, TX.) League of United Latin American Citizens and the ACLU stood squarely against the "unconstitutionality" of such law enforcement in Farmer's Branch, TX. Hazelton, PA, was also under fire from the Leftists for similiar bannings of illegal aliens from their city.
