$2.6 TRILLION will be the cost "once the amnesty recipients reach retirement age.
The Heritage Foundation's Senoir Research Fellow, Richard Rector, has completed and published a cost analysis of illegal alien invasion. It is not long, only 6-pages. They studied Senate bill S.1348 (May 2007), not the current S.1639 voted on today. Although, they are essentially the same - amnesty for invaders, the Heritage Foundation looked at S.1348.
The bill will triple the number of people these illegals can bring with them. The bill discusses how many of these illegals aliens are low skilled and 48% lack a high school diploma. It has been statistically proven by many scientists that people lacking high education are a net burden to taxpayers, not contributors. Pres. Bush completely disagrees.
S.1348 will grant amnesty and grant the accompanying right to Medicare, Social Security, and Welfare benefits. It is expensive enough to support the American's receiving these entitlements, but to add 12 to 20 million unskilled, non-English speaking citizens would bankrupt the country.
