Government Inefficiency!!

We already have immigration laws that are being completely ignored.  The US Border Patrol is asking to enforce the current laws, even though they are extremely undermanned.  Local law enforcement is asking for enforcement authority, as well as, border states, property owners near the borders, hospitals, schools, jails, and workers are all asking for enforcement.  Why do they, the brainless politicians, think more complicated laws will improve anything when they can't even enforce the ones we have now?

No law enforcement officer (except BICE) can ask about residency status. Local police cannot ask a man who commits an armed robbery, rape, murder, or drug dealing about their residency status and have a very difficult time positively identifying illegals in our criminal justice systems. If we cannot accurately identify people who are in our country, then this doesn’t enhance national security. They should not be allow to remain in our country, they should be deported.

As an important part of "comprehensive" immigration reform there will be 24-hour identity/background checks.  Oh, right.  I am soooo sure that the government is capable of that.  Yet, the GAO says the Social Security Administration has 246 million "discrepancies" with name and social security matches.  (These discrepancies date back as far as 1937, but are still all unresolved.)

Inefficiency Perspective:  The US State Department is overwhelmed, surprised, and unprepared for the increased number of passport requests since one recent law change  -- our government is requiring US citizens to have passports whent they enter and return from Mexico, Canada, and the Carribean but they still want to leave most fo the 2700 miles of Mexican border left unprotected.  Currently, the US State Dept. is asking for patience for passports - as foreign travel is being screwed up.  People who applied for passports in January 2007 still have not received their passports yet.

-- And yet, they say, "Trust us!  We can fix the problem with "comprehensive" reform."   No, thanks.  Just enforce the laws as they are currently written, then we can talk about "comprehensive" reform.

Government hires illegals

According to Rep. King (R-OK) and the National Review (6/24), the federal government is the largest employer of people with "non-work" social security numbers.

That's right, our government employs illegals with social security numbers classified as not able to work in the United States.  How can that be?   Well, it is.  Sixty-one percent of all local, state, and federal W-2's are for "non-work" social security numbers, but I guess that's okay because that just a paperwork discrepancy.   Don't worry about it.

As reported by DavickServices.com, the GAO reported "246 million unresoved discrepancies" with IRS filed W-2's around the country.  When the Social Security Administration encounters a "discrepancy" they simply mail a letter informing the filer.  There is no follow-up as Rep. Gallegly (R-CA) reported to the House.

How can the government ask us to believe them when they say the new "comprehenisve" immigration bill will create check and balances within the current system?  How can any of these politicians repeat their amnesty supportive rhetoric with a straight face?  They are all lying when they ask us to believe "comprehensive" reform will help anything.

Less than 10 businesses in 10 years have been prosecuted for having employed illegally alien workers.  If the jobs for unskilled Mexican labor dries up, then the illegal aliens will stop illegally entering the country.  I don't blame these people for trying to make a better life for themselves and their families, but how can we have millions of American's without jobs, and still allow 12 million Mexicans can waltz into this country and find work?  In my opinion, if America has any citizens on welfare or unemployment, we shouldn't be allowing cheap labor into this country, legally or illegally.

America has to look out for the well-being of America first, not for poor Mexicans.

Government Chaos! Part 1

The following are 4 ways in which the American Government is letting its citizens down, by intentionally allowing illegal aliens to enter our country.

1)
NC-DMV
2) Education
3) Elections
4) Law enforcement / Prisons /Jails

(1)

While the NC-DMV does not issue driver’s licenses (DL’s) to illegal immigrants, it does give DL’s to anyone with a DL from another state. Therefore, NC assumes the issuing state, say Virginia, did its due diligence to verify the citizenship of the individual applying for an NC DL. Convenient when you or I go to the DMV after we move from one state to another, but it is disastrous because of the snowball effect of illegal “residency.”

Scenario: An illegal immigrant can simply go to Virginia and apply for a DL with a utility bill. The utility companies do not ask for citizenship when beginning services. The illegal can then move to NC and apply for an NC-DL with a NC utility bill. The NC-DMV will give the applicant a DL test in Spanish. If the applicant passes the test, then they are issued an NC-DL, regardless of the fact they cannot read English, which happens to be the language our signs are printed in. (I don’t have to remind you about all illegals involved in the wrong-way, drunk driving deaths in Charlotte.) With that NC-DL, the illegal can then register to vote, get a library card, register a car and get auto insurance. All key elements of establishing “legal” residency, even though they broke all of our immigration laws to get here.

Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-CO) has written a book titled "In Mortal Danger" where he discusses this in further detail.

(2)

With or without a DL, their children can enroll and attend public school and receive special ESL instruction and free-lunches.

With or without a DL, children receive health care services, and adults receive any emergency medical treatment. We offer free medical services even if their injuries are directly related to intentional actions in illegally entering our country.

In higher education, some states offer in-state tuition rates to illegals. But legal foreign students and out-of-state students will pay dearly for the opportunity to be educated in certain universities in America.

(I have been told there is legislation on the Senate’s slate called DREAM Act sponsored by Orin Hatch (R-UT). In the past it was never able to pass, so recently it has been hidden in the “comprehensive” immigration bill.)

(3)

Illegals registering to vote by the Democrats can impact our American elections. It has been alleged by many candidates around the country that at Voter Registration Drives there are many “irregularities” in the registration process that differs from county BOE processes. This could explain why so many candidates pander to the Latino voters. They hope to gain the support of anyone who registered. Remember the City Counselwoman who told a group of Latino’s before the 2006 election that they didn’t even need to be a citizen to help.

Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-CO) reports that Mexican drug cartels are starting businesses in the US and laundering money in order to win mayoral races. They hope to elect puppet candidates that will allow them, Mexican druglords, to influence policies and decisions here in the US. Tancredo’s book, “In Mortal Danger,” details law enforcement accounts and evidence of these plans.

Richard Valdemar, a retired sergeant with the L.A. County sheriff's department, took Tancredo’s allegations farther with Mexican drug cartels and mafia wanting to “take over seven cities in Los Angeles County.” He has investigated this and has first-hand knowledge of these particular plans.

Another gang expert, also makes similar claims of the intentional voter fraud and Mexican political influence.

(4)

Law Enforcement is unnecessarily busy with crimes committed by illegals who are in the US, but they are extremely difficult to identify – because they are not citizens! If they do have identification, it is fraudulent and not their own. Our law enforcement officers spent valuable time and resource (i.e., tax payer dollars) looking for people who have committed crimes in our country who shouldn’t even be here in the first place. Our time could be better spent keeping these illegals out with a wall, and looking for wanted American criminals. Both will keep American’s safer.

49% of America’s Most Violent and WANTED criminals are foreign nationals (i.e., illegal aliens, illegal immigrants, illegal migrants, invaders, or undocumented peoples). It doesn’t matter what we call them, these people have invaded our country and broken our laws just by entering the country, not to mention the murders, rapes, and assaults they committed once they got here. One third of our prisons and jails are reportedly full of illegals. For some reason, we are unable to permanently deport these people, so we incarcerate them and release them back into our American society. Very few of the released prisoners are officially deported, most are just told to leave the country or appear in immigration court within 45-days or some other ridiculous thing. We have no actual method of removing an unwanted illegal from our society – except our laws, but we don’t follow those anymore.

now seek to get all the rights and privileges on US citizenship through amnesty, or comprehensive immigration reform.
